In a joint briefing, Germanwatch and Climate Action Network Europe analyse the extent to which the final national energy and climate plans (NECPs) of 10 member states meet the European Union’s requirements for a just transition.

The report finds that countries such as Slovenia, Spain, and Portugal at least partially address these requirements, offering valuable lessons for Germany.
