Just Transition Forum Asia 2025

The Just Transition Forum Asia 2025 (JTFA2025), co-organised by the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in Asia (FES Asia) and Climate Action Network Southeast Asia (CANSEA), is the region’s flagship online event aimed at advancing climate justice and inclusive transitions across Asia. The forum will bring together leading voices from government, civil society, business, labour, academia, and grassroots movements to foster dialogue, share best practices, and build coalitions for a fair, people-centered shift to low-carbon economies. The online event will offer interactive labs, panel discussions, and peer learning.

This year’s forum seeks to connect global climate frameworks, especially the latest Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC 3.0), with national and local actions, ensuring that social equity and environmental sustainability are embedded in climate strategies. JTFA2025 aims to empower stakeholders to address climate change, navigate geopolitical shifts, and shape Asia’s just pathways.
