Supporting Informal Workers and Economies for an Inclusive Transition

Hosted by the International Energy Agency (IEA), this webinar will highlight issues associated with informal workers and economies, with a specific focus on the Global South, discussing challenges and opportunities in designing clean energy policies that are just and inclusive, leaving no one behind.

Transition initiatives, skills training and enhancing government monitoring of the impact that clean energy transitions have on informal economies will also be discussed at this webinar that is part of IEA’s people-centred clean energy transitions work program, which aims to put people and inclusivity at the centre of all clean energy transitions for the successful implementation of energy and climate policies.
