Fifth Dialogue Under the United Arab Emirates Just Transition Work Programme

The fifth dialogue under the United Arab Emirates Just Transition Work Programme (JTWP) will take place in Yeosu, Republic of Korea, on April 24-25, 2026. It follows the fourth dialogue, which took place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on September 1-2, 2025.

The dialogue will provide space for participants to discuss experiences, policies, and approaches in relation to people-centric and equitable just transition pathways, with a focus on the whole-of-society approach and the workforce.

The focus theme will be “Just transition pathways for holistic approaches to food security, including with a focus on agriculture and oceans, in the context of element c) paragraph 2 of decision 3/CMA.5”.
