The global climate crisis and its intersection with public health inequities represents one of the most pressing challenges of our time, disproportionately impacting marginalised populations in low- and middle-income countries through air pollution, energy poverty, and climate-driven disasters.

To close this gap, this brief proposes actionable pillars for the G20 to work towards centring equity in multilateral frameworks.
