Human Capital Summit 2025: Accelerating workforce transformation for downstream growth and energy security towards energy transition in Indonesia

The Human Capital Summit 2025, hosted by Indonesia’s Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry, aims to support workforce transformation for the country’s downstream growth and energy security towards energy transition. The multi-day event will spotlight human capital development through a series of talks by the Indonesian government and energy companies, as well as a job fair and an exhibition.

The event aims to facilitate the creation of a comprehensive policy framework to support the green collar workforce transformation as part of Indonesia’s energy transition. It also seeks to map green jobs in the energy sector and to identify the skills needed, build partnerships with energy stakeholders, and secure commitments for specific actions that will support workforce development for the green economy.
