Climate Week 2025: Dialogues for Ambition and Implementation

The first Climate Week of 2025 will be hosted in Panama City, Panama, from 19 to 23 May.

The week will consist of several mandated events under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), with a focus on topics such as mitigation, nationally determined contributions (NDCs), adaptation plans, just transition, Indigenous Peoples and Article 6, as well as an Implementation Forum Day which will include various events hosted by the incoming COP 30 Presidency and Implementation Labs.

As part of Climate Week 2025, the Third Dialogue under the United Arab Emirates Just Transition Work Programme will take place on 22 and 23 May 2025, with the theme “approaches to enhancing adaptation and climate resilience in the context of just transitions.”
