Third dialogue under the United Arab Emirates Just Transition Work Programme

The third dialogue under the United Arab Emirates Just Transition Work Programme (JTWP) will take place in Panama on May 22-23. It follows the second dialogue, which took place in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, on October 2–3, 2024.

The dialogue will focus on “approaches to enhancing adaptation and climate resilience in the context of just transitions’’.

The dialogue will provide space for participants to discuss experiences, policies, and approaches in relation to people-centric and equitable just transition pathways, with a focus on the whole-of-society approach and the workforce.
